The Empowerment Collective began as a positive psychology group. That foundation remains at the heart of what we do. We focus on proven practices, strengths, and values so you can build confidence you can feel and use.
We come together twice each week for live, practical sessions that combine short teaching, guided exercises, and supportive peer discussion. You will apply positive psychology tools, clarify your strengths and values, and leave with small actions that move you forward. There is no obligation to attend both sessions each week. Join whenever it works for you.
Register once to receive the Zoom link and attend any session that fits your schedule. You are welcome at either or both meetings each week. There is no cost to join. Donations are always welcome if you choose.
